Small

Large

• Dimensions: 38 x 53 cm laid flat before the flat bottom is constructed. Once the flat bottom is constructed, the bag measures 26 x 12 cm on the bottom opening up to 38 cm at the top, with 47 cm height.

Our gear is handmade so size and weights may vary by +/- 0.5 cm and a few grams.

Dyneema® Composite Fabric 1.6 featuring a cross weave of high-tech Dyneeema® fibers made from ultra high molecular weight polyethlene (UHMWPE) that are 15 times strong than steel. The Dyneeema® fibers  are laminated between two layers of 0.18 mil mylar plastic film. The DCF 1.6 version (CT5K.18) weighs 53 g/m2 has a very high content of Dyneeema® making it extremely strong and tear resistant. Dyneeema® is bio-based and has International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC). 

Whilst we endeavor to produce the most beautiful products, having some folds and creases in the delivered product is unavoidable when we make the products.

• Made from lightweight, durable, and waterproof DCF 1.6.
• Seams are sewn AND taped flat with UltraTNT™ PSA tape for waterproofing* and strength.
• Image printed** on both sides of the bag.
• Roll-top is reinforced with a plastic strip to promote secure rolls.
• High quality YKK plastic buckle which is glove friendly and made from Polyacetal (POM) which has excellent cold weather performance.
• Webbing along the top of the bag that is stronger and more durable than standard grosgrain ribbon.
• Bag can be hung by hooking a mini carabiner through the webbing loops.

*Bags are fully seam sealed and very water resistant when the top is rolled down with at least three secure rolls. They are sufficiently waterproof for normal hiking or day-to-day activities, but not true dry bags for use when they may be submerged or sloshing around in water.

**Printing uses a dye sublimation process that permanently embeds the ink into the fabric. Colors may vary from your phone, tablet, or computer monitor screen.

• Fabrics are fully waterproof with taped/sealed seams making our products very water resistant when properly closed. YKK Aquaguard zippers are water resistant. Our products will keep your kit dry in normal hiking or day-to-day activities, but are not truly waterproof or dry bags for use when they may be submerged in water, sloshing around in a kayak, or extreme conditions; these activities would require much heavier bags with rubberized fabric with welded seams, waterproof zippers with hydraulic head rating etc.
• Our products are designed for lightweight and ultralight hiking. As such we use laminated fabrics which provide an excellent balance between strength, durability, and weight. The compromise is the lifetime of a bag or zip pouch will be less than those using heavier fabrics. It’s very difficult to specify the lifetime as it could be anything from continuous use in one through-hike of several months to years of occasional
  use. We are still using some of the first bags we made several years ago. Eventually the fabric and plastic backing will wear and delaminate at high stress points where the bag is rolled, and waterproofing on zippers will wear. If you experience problems with products in less than one year or used for only a few weeks, please contact us so we can investigate.
• Keep out of the reach of children. Not a toy. Like all bags, there is a risk of suffocation.
• Not a flotation device!
